Nautic Investment is an independent private equity investment company registered with the Financial Services Commission under the Ministry of Strategy and Finance with the goal of acquiring management rights and revitalizing M&A investment of leading small and medium-sized companies in Korea.

Composed of investment experts from Korea's leading private equity and venture capital firms, the firm's team focuses on buy-out deals, growth M&A financing, and Pre-IPO investment by utilizing their diverse investment experiences.
